Claire' last blog
It's raining - again! Typical as today and tomorrow are the school sports days for both my two daughters. Nothing like the great British weather for putting a dampner on things - literally! I'm sure that they will both be absolutely gutted as they were really looking forward to their chance to shine albeit in a non-competitive manner (what is that about, really? Our kids are taught not to win - personally I'd rather they tried their hardest and won if at all possible but obviously without cheating).
So no sitting out watching the egg and spoon race or the 'who can get dressed in fancy dress the fastest' race - what a shame. Still, I am really looking forward to Thursday evening when both my girls will be taking part in a music festival. They are both in the choir and have singing lessons whilst my eldest also plays the recorder and clarinet so should be a really nice evening.
My 8 week period of taking Red Kooga is now coming to a close and I have to say that, on certain days, it has really helped to give me that extra boost that I have needed when I've found myself flagging. It's easy to remember to take it with my morning coffee and it really does sort me out for the rest of the day. It's been particularly useful when I've taken it an hour or so before my cheerleading training - certainly need the energy then!
My business is going really well - www.essenceagency.co.uk - and although I can't put any of that down to Red Kooga it helps to keep me awake on the long car journeys that I frequently have to make. So here's to ongoing success in 2010 and the extra energy boost when I need it.
Take care all and thanks for reading.
