Oh well, another World Cup comes and goes and still we are no closer to winning it! The cricket on the other hand was absolutely fabulous. Typical though that the first one day international we have been to when the sunshine was guaranteed and our seats were in the shade!
What with the hot weather and the football result I didn't really feel like doing much at the weekend, so for a change I had a bit of a lazy one. We went out for tea on Saturday night with my sister-in-law and her family and my eldest stayed at her house in preparation for the cheerleading competition on the Sunday morning.
The team did really well - coming 1st, 3rd and 5th in their 3 categories. We are so proud of her. This week my youngest daughter starts with the same team as a flyer (the one they chuck around) and she's so excited she can barely wait for her first practice on Wednesday. Yet more running about for me - Red Kooga here I come!
