Claire James 37, Cheadle Hulme nr Manchester runs her own communications business Essence Agency.

I run my own marketing and PR agency 5 days a week but largely run around after my two beautiful daughters. In between meetings and phone calls with clients I somehow manage to find the time to ferry my kids between swimming lessons, singing lessons, cheerleading and gymnastics - they have a more hectic social life than I do. Thanks to my wonderful husband I do actually get some time for myself which I usually spend at the gym trying to work out my stress (of which I have plenty). I am also a cheerleader myself and work with a team who are currently national champions as well as a stunt group (a la Spelbound from Britain's Got Talent). Now I've written this I don't know where I find the time or the energy!!!’
